I had to post this photograph alone from Meredith and Michael’s wedding, which took place April 9, 2011. I’m editing for their large blog post and slideshow now, and this image really stuck me. Maybe I was so drawn to this photograph, because I was up close and personal when all the emotion was happening. It could also be because I was watching Meredith’s father throughout the whole ceremony holding back his emotions. You can tell it was difficult for him to hold back the tears, but he did. He look like such a proud and happy father. After the ceremony Meredith father let it all out, and tears starting falling from everyone…mom, dad, bride, groom, bridesmaids. It was all very intense, beautiful and intimate. I couldn’t help but cry too. It’s moment like the one below that makes me so passionate about my job. Freezing a perfect moment in time is truly so fulfilling .
